1. 🛍️ About Our Service
Jarahatke is an online store offering custom merchandise printed on demand. We operate using a dropshipping model through our fulfillment partner Qikink. Each product is made to order once you complete your purchase.
2. 📦 Order Process
- All orders are custom-made and processed only after payment confirmation.
- Once an order is placed, it enters production within 12 hours and cannot be modified or canceled after this window.
- Please ensure all product details (size, color, design, shipping address) are correct before checkout.
3. 💳 Pricing & Payments
- All prices listed are in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, UPI, etc.).
- We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card details.
4. 📄 Product Information
- We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations in color, placement, or dimensions may occur due to screen differences and the nature of print-on-demand production.
- Sizes and measurements provided in size charts are approximate; users are responsible for selecting the correct size.
5. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days after processing and delivered within 4–7 business days across most locations in India.
- Shipping delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. Jarahatke is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
- A tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched.

6. 🔁 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds only in cases where:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- There is a significant defect in printing
Requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery with proper images and proof. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction with materials.

By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use our content or products for illegal or unauthorized purposes
