At Jarahatke, your satisfaction is our priority. As we operate on a print-on-demand dropshipping model with Qikink, each product is custom-made just for you. Due to this, our return and refund policies are slightly different from traditional retail stores.

πŸ” Returns & Exchanges

Since each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of material or print after delivery

Please double-check your size and product selection before placing an order. You can refer to our detailed size charts and product descriptions on each product page.


🚨 Return Eligibility – Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Orders

We will accept returns or issue a full/partial refund only under the following conditions:

  1. You received the wrong product
  2. The product arrived damaged or defective
  3. There’s a major print error or quality issue

To qualify for a return or refund, please make sure you:

  • Report the issue within 2 days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and the issue
  • Share your order ID and registered email address

If your return request is approved:

  • We’ll process a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items that are used or washed
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized products with customer errors (wrong name/spelling submitted)
  • Sale or clearance items

🚚 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us. We will coordinate with our shipping partner (Qikink) and provide updates or solutions as needed.

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept size-related returns. We encourage you to refer to our size chart before placing an order. However, if you receive a size different from what you ordered, we will replace it free of cost.

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once the order moves into production, it cannot be canceled or changed.
