At Jarahatke, every product is custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand partner, Qikink. We’re committed to delivering your orders safely and on time.
🛠️ Order Processing Time
- All products are made to order.
- Processing typically takes 2–4 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
Note: During high-demand seasons or festivals, processing times may be slightly extended.
🚚 Shipping Time
Once processed, orders are shipped via reliable courier partners across India.

📍 Shipping Locations
- We currently ship all over India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
🚨 Delayed or Lost Orders
While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons like weather, festivals, or courier issues.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, we will work with our logistics partner (Qikink) to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
📦 Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery if it looks tampered with.
- Take clear photos of the package and contents.
- Contact us within 48 hours at notifications@jarahatke.com
❌ Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, we will contact you for reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
